poppi requires a unique skillset. We have a saying around here: you need to be a driver, not a passenger. So make mistakes as long as you're failing forward. You have to be resilient. We have changing demands, focus, priorities all the time. It's a very dynamic environment. With that, you need to be solution-oriented. And we have to be creative because that's what we are, we are creators, and we do it better together

Being a creator is a mindset that we have here at poppi. I think it's a mindset of developing. I think it's a mindset of just continuously seeking new things and new improvement, whether that's in your scope or within the company.

It's an environment where there is an unbelievable amount of opportunity for the people that seek it, for the people that are curious, for the people that are proactive, for the people that want to invest their time and effort to make things better. 

poppi is one of those places where it's just a 'get it done' mentality. I don't think egos are too big. I think that everyone has the ability, if something needs to get done, you just do it. And oftentimes that, allows you to wear a lot of different hats. 

Collaboration is at the heart of poppi. And I would say the leadership pays a lot of attention to the team engagement and professional growth of everybody, building that solid culture at the core of it.
